    Iam looking at getting started again after being off for a few years
    in the meen time i have to have a high fibre diet because of a intestine complaint
    last time i was on i lost weight but did get terrible constipation nothing i did or took helped was one reason i stoped,before i start induction again i will stress i do not want to lose weight fast and only want to stay on induction for as short a time as possible and if i only take off 1kg a weak good
    my question is how do i do a high fibre atkins

    What are you doing for fibre now that is working for you?
    What was it that you did before that did not work for you? Atkins does suggest a few ways to deal with constipation in his book. Did you try those?
