Well I had been wanting to start this diet and then came down with a really bad upper respirtory infection so delayed my start but it actually worked out perfectly because my start day was January 1, 2009. I'm hoping to make this an awesome year!!
I started going back to the gym a couple of weeks ago but figured I should rev it up with some diet action so we'll see what happens...hopefully something good!!
So far, so good...I haven't hard a problem with the diet yet but then again it's only been 3 days so I'm hoping I don't get bored with the selection.
I did this diet once a few years ago and lost 20 pounds in one month (not the typical result I know since at the time that was all I had to lose) and had such great results that I know the diet works!! But of course, I went back to carb heaven and now have gained all of it back plus MORE!!
So just looking for a little support with my new adventure and some help keeping on track.
Best of luck to all of you and if someone could remind me how to create one of the things (and remind me what it's called lol) that runs along at the bottom of your name I'd appreciate it
