New Year Newbie

Hiyas! Im new here (evidently). I've never tried the Atkins diet before but my boyfriend and i needed something we do together. In the past we are always on 2 different diets and it just never works.

Im starting Curves again tomorrow and have been using my wii fit since i got it for christmas.

40 year old male 6' 3"

What I know:
1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
