    HI ALL I JUST STARED TODAY AND IM VERY EXCITED I NEED TO LOOSE THE 58 POUNDS IVE GAINED THROUGH OUT THE LAST TEN YEARS. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED AT THE END OF MY 2WEEK PERIOD.

          i have a ? am i allowed sugar free jello or sugar free jello pudding? Im a big on sweets and its killing me,this is the second day and im so cranky (LOL) i tried the atkins bae and it curbed my craving a lot but they are very expensive.

            The best way to curb cravings is to try to eat legal protein and fat. You can also try l-Glutamine supplement. Atkins recommend this is DANDR.
            The problem with the sugar free jello is that it has aspartame and Atkins told us to avoid it. Puddings contains ingredients not allowed on induction (so does the Atkins bar btw).
            Cream cheese and celery was my savior in the early days of induction.

              Best of luck to you!!! You can do it, just be sure to come here often for support. Cream cheese and celery huh? I'll have to stock up on that, sounds like a great snack. I'm 6 days in and was looking for something to spruce things up with. I did buy sugar free jello when shopping and then remembered it has aspartame in it so I have no even touched it! Figured I can always save that for later on OR give it to my daugher in her school lunches When I feel my mind wandering to food I try and keep myself distracted and read or just get online..tends to work pretty well.
