  • I'M Back!!

    Hello All,

    I am back again....

    I was here last Aug and doing great until we went on vacation!! I lost a total of 117lbs originally gained during my first pregnancy. I have very high risk pregnancies and gain a TON of weight. I am normally about 120lbs, some would say to skinny but that was always my natural area.... I have also managed to gain weight over the holidays - surprise surprise. Anyway, I have about 40lbs to loose and my son is going to be two in May...I have lost 45lbs already and need to loose the remainder!! I have started the day off really well. Celery for breakfast (not a huge egg fan and didn't have all the supplies) - For lunch I had chicken strips doused in hooters wing sauce that I bought from Wal-Mart and sprinkled some parm on...then baked them...put on top of a bed of lettuce, small amount of tomato and onion...small amount of shredded cheddar - it was VERY good!! Off to finish making my taco salad for dinner -- Also, if anyone knows a good chicken salad recipe atkins friendly, I would love one!!

    I am looking forward to being here and doing this once and for all!!

    Welcome back. There is a forum here (STAC) for repeater Atkinsers (as many of us are) Good luck. Your food soudns yummy. Celery is perhaps not the best Atkins breakfast choice out there. You need some fat and protein to start your day too. Maybe when you get your supplies. Left overs can be good to eat for breakfast if you are not an egg person.
