. Rob is right...get the book...READ the book....it will all make sense. I believe the more involved you are the better you'll do. If you don't thing you have time to exercise, I'll give you a little tip I do. When I first get up in the morning while I'm standing in the bathroom I do squats....when I go into the kitchen for a cup of coffee I do abs....I run stairs for 10 minutes and I'm pretty much done for the day. I wear a pedometer from the time I get up until I go to bed so I can track how much I walk. Because I don't work (and don't have little kids) I talk a walk in the afternoon. My 80 year old mother and my 1 year old dog go along with me (so it's like having kids...LOL!!!!). Somedays all of us walk a mile and a half...somedays it's only a mile, then I supplement with additional walking. My mother lives with us and has already tried to sabbotage me this week, but I'm not allowing her to, and I won't allow her to say anything about my weight, or my stomach or anything because she isn't going to ruin this. My hubby is happy for me and has been a real help this week. I'm hoping he'll start with me...he's already changed from real sugar to Splenda in his coffee.
