Hi everyone and Happy New Year! My name is Cerail and I am a single mother of three with 100 lbs to lose. My current weight is 273. I have a 7 year old and a five year old and a 3 month old baby. Since leaving the hospital after having my 3 month old i have been working out but not eating properly so i'm not seeing results. This is my 2nd attempt at this, The 1st time i didn't get past a few days but i'm motivated and ready to change my life. Today was my 1st day on the diet and so far so good, i don't feel hungry at all and i'm not stuffing myself when i do eat. Usually by now i would want a snack or something but i'm trying to be strong and with will power i can do this yes i can!!

Nice to have you with us.
Kudos to you for making a second attempt at this. You'll find that if you stick with it and follow the programme to the letter, it'll work for you. Try to be strong the first few days. They are the hardest. After those and after you get through the few days of "induction flu" (where you feel lethargic and off colour due to your body detoxing from carbs), you'll find things so much easier. Also you'll be inspired by those lbs dropping away.
