My name is Sarah. I have been severely overweight almost my entire life (since puberty), and I decided I'm tired of it. I tried a low-carb diet several years ago for approx. 1 month and lost a significant amount of weight on it, but I couldn't keep it up and went back to my old eating habits. I decided I'm 30 years old now, and it is time for change! I read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution cover to cover, and on January 1st I started induction. I've lost eight pounds in five days, and I feel great! I'm excited about moving up the ladder rungs and re-discovering how to eat after my extended induction. This is going to be a whole new life for me!
