  • Introductions.....

    Ok, not sure what it is that i am suppose to do here...but My name is Jennifer, I decided to do this for two reasons. Last year i quit smoking because i wanted to be healthier, so i thought, why stop at that, lets do a complete makeover. and i have always gotten pictures taken that benefit m.e and never show how truly heavy i was....and by looking at these now pictures you can see that i made a choice for the better!!! so i am super excited about this...and i cant wait to post updated after pictures when i reach my goal weight or even half way to it...i just want to see 155 or less again~!!!

    these are pictures of before/now....cant wait till i can post the after!!!!

    You are supposed to have a good time here. And share experiences with the rest of the ADBB community. At least that is what the rest of us are doing.

    This is the welcome forum and you did just great. It is wonderful that you have before pictures. I find those to be super motivating. I have some pics from me from the summer before I started and if I get down about something that has to do with my new Way of Eating (WOE) I look at them and remember how worth it all this is.
