hi everyone my name is michelle,,,ive been planning to start atkins for a while now,and today was the day, i weighed in not knowing what i would see,,!!! 196. i never thought i was that much..but im doing somthing about it. i hope i can do it,ive been reading all your posts for awhile,,i think this is really a great thing. i joined a long time ago,,but never started. my son cheyenne is starting with me today to,,he is 12,,but weighs 186. were doing this together. i made a ticker,,but i dont know how to get it to display,,i cant wait to get to know you all,,

Hey Michelle!! Good for your for finally getting on board I have just started myself but have done the diet once in the past and can tell you if DEF works as long as you follow the guidelines. Best of luck to you!

Hi Michelle, i just started on Monday for the umpteenth time. But I always come back to this way of eating cause I know it works.
Good luck to you and your son, my sister and her 10 year old started on monday as well.

got it!
when u create a ticker, it will show some codes. click on "edit signature", right on the ticker's page. then paste the PseudoHTML, UBBCode™ or BBCode. then click on save.
