Hi I am really excited to start the atkins diet... I signed up a little early though, have to wait a few weeks until I have my baby! This is my second time around, the first time I lost 35 lb. and kept it off for two years, I have gained too much weight during pregnancy and am ready to get started again!

Good Luck! I lost 60 lbs after I had my last child he was my 4th. I knew I wasn't having anymore.
