Hi everyone. My name is Jennifer, I am 24, and just recently had my first baby. I decided in December that I would jump on the new years resolution weight loss bandwagon (say that 5 times fast!) and shed my baby weight, along with my "comfortable being married" weight lol.
I did Atkins very successfully 4 years ago, went from 260 to 160 in only 7 months. I felt amazing! One thing I had to learn the hard way is that the weight just sneaks back up on ya, so here I am, again, this time at 278.
I had my baby in July, only gained 40 pounds with him, lost 30 the first month, so the extra ten have hung around on top of all the other pounds I packed back on. My goal weight.. I just want to be smaller than I am now! lol, I think that will happen, for sure, so I guess by not slapping a goal to myself I may do better than I hope. I know I can't wait to break that stinkin' 200 lb mark again.
So with that said, I just want to wish myself along with all of you the best of luck on this journey that I began 2 days ago. I am already feeling better and have not been this motivated in a long time!
