    Just wanted to say hey. I'm Deeva271 this is my 5th day on the induction and my first time on the message board. I joined because I needed some additional help before I get discouraged. I'm not getting the results as fast as I would like and can't figure what i'm doing wrong.

    I look forward to any advice that you guys can give.

    Keep going at it!! Thats about all the advise I am qualified to give, as I am on day three myself.

      You may try to post your menu in the Review my menu forum. Some people will be around to help you if there are any issues with your menu.

        I am right there with you (day 5) and I have decided to stop looking at the scale since it did not move in the past two days (ever since TOM started), but I had lost 6lbs since Sat so even with the scale not budging I am still very happy. I plan on jumping back on it on Fri once TOM has departed my life and I have a more accurate reading. However, it may not be any different and that is something I will certianly just have to except. Here is why I am not getting discouraged....this is my second time around with Atkins and the first time I went from 195 to 135 in less than 6 months, so this diet works....You just have to stick with it and you will see results!
