It seems that I have to constently go to the rest room. I drink about 5-6 ( one liter ) bottles of water a day for the past 5 days.it used to be only 2-3 bottles a day. I have tons of energy, go to the gym before and after work and do cardio workouts for 2 hrs in the evening and 1 hr in the morning. I dont get headachs like I used to and I get really friendly now which is wierd for me. So when exactly do you suppose to start shedding the weight? If anyone has any tips please send them my way, I would love to hear from you all. Thank You,

3 hours of working out each day. Wow! Awesome! It sounds like you are on the right track. I will let some of the experts give advice. Glad you are feeling good!! I am a slave to the scale and have to know each day how I am doing, so I am not the best one to give you tips, but it sounds like you are doing a great job!
