    Hi all!

    I am a stay at home mom and a college student (part time) I am married, 38 years old and have six children in age ranges of 19 to 1.

    I have done Atkins in the past and was successful... that was 5 years and 2 children ago! I am now at a point where enough is enough (with being fat and having babies lol)

    A month ago this coming Monday I was 195lbs and decided to ditch my Diet Soda, Sweet Tea, and Iced Coffees.... I now drink water, and decaf hot tea with an occasional regular unsweet iced tea. I have also cut out other high calorie items as well and picked up healthier eating habits.

    In the last week I have purchased Wii Fit and have exercised every day... what this whole thing has gotten me is to 190lbs... but I feel with all the changes I have made I should have had more of a weight loss.

    I am wanting to start the Atkins diet again and add that to my current program of exercise.

    I am hoping I still have my books and that I didnt toss them on one of my cleaning sprees!

    I would like to go to the grocery store today and begin induction tomorrow morning.

    Anyone want to get me going while I search for my books? I need the basic reminder... I remember no carbs lol and to eat eggs, meat, cheese....

    Sorry to be so long winded! I am really eager to get started!

    There are some really nice stickers in the FAQ forum check them out. Should job your memory. Hope you find those books.

      Thanks I will check the stickies out! I havent found my books yet!

      Yes... oldest is 19 then 14,13,6,4 and the youngest is 1.
