I'm a newbie to the Site but not to Atkins.. but after a few years (having two little lovable sprogs - one being 2months and the other 23months), giving up smoking and the rest, I've become HUGE.... (isn't it amazing that you never really notice how big you are getting until you are there....
) anyway.. I've come across you lovely lot and my goal is to be reached by June this year...
I'm on day 4 of Induction... my downfall has always been alcohol... (I love my wine in the evening) but I'm determined not to touch a drop till after Induction (which I want to try keep too for maybe 3 or 4 wks as I have loads to loose)......
Anyway, I'm south african married to a New Zealander, both living in Sunny Uk (haa haaa) where we have been for about 12years. We use to travel loads, turkey, india, eygypt ect, nice hot countries, where we love our beaches and sun.. THEN.. we decided to get married and have kids..
Well........... enough said.. the last two times I couldn't even get in a bathing suit, or should I say i refused to get in them.. and ended up sitting, red faced, sweating, covered in fabric under an umbrella. I always saw women like that and never in my life thought I would ever be like that.. Little did I know.
Anyway.. I look forward to meeting you all and I have already spoken to a few of you who have really given me that motivation to DO IT 100%.
