Hello all, Hubby and I are starting the diet Saturday! Neither one of us have ever really dieted, but I never really FELT unhealthy like this.
In October my hubby was laid off and sat here at the home with me for the last 3 months....as a result we have gained a few pounds...Me, a bit more!
This has to end, I am now in the obese category and after lookin at all the Christmas pictures I am doing something.
I was only going to lurk around these boards but I think I need to be accountable and posting publicly will help. I am not ready to post a picture yet, maybe after induction
I am 5 foot 1 inch, starting weight I'm saying 155 (153-156) This is my top weight. Besides baby weight from preg. That is so hard to say outloud!
My first goal, I am not sure about a weight, but would like to be comfortable in something nice on Valentines Day

That is 5 weeks away...is 140 unrealistic?
Any hints on a Pizza recipe? This is my worst enemy.
