    Started Atkins again one week ago. Down 5 lbs already. I never lost the baby weight from 1 yr ago and I knew this would work as the lifestyle I needed.

    Anyone else having trouble putting calories in? I am not hungry!

    Congrats on the loss so far! Yes, sometimes I need to make myself eat because I'm not hungry, but I know I need the calories. Please be sure to get enough calories in each day.

      Congratulations on your 5 lb. loss, that's terrific!!!!

      Yes, I have a hard time at times eating enough....I RARELY feel any kind of hunger. I keep a food log (not the kind of person to keep a journal...but did it upon the direction of my doctor) and it's become a really useful tool in my weight loss journey. It shows me what I've been eating and how I have to adjust it if I need to eat more.
