Here I Go Again!

Hello Everyone!!

I know I am not exactly new here, but it's been long enough that it sure seems that way, and I was never very active on the board. I think that is where I went wrong the first (50) times. Anyway, I had my 10th anniversary in August, and I'll be 30 in June. I guess I'm starting to see so many milestones in life pass that I thought would never get here, and I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines through it all. I'm a pretty keep to myself kind of person, so reaching out to other people is hard for me, but I know I need someone there to pick me up when I fall, and kick my butt when I need it!! So, here goes.

Congrats on your anniversary! 10 years...you're so young !

Reach out when you need to. There may be days that you just want to come and read rather than post ~ that's ok. Just keep coming back!

Welcome back, it's great to have you here!

I know you can do this!!!! Come here lots and read as many posts as you can....AND post, let us know how you're doing. I know what you mean about having a difficult time reaching out for help...but you know what? We're all in this together! You're worth it and I know in a very short period of time, if you keep doing EXACTLY what you're suppose to with this way of eating, you're going to be feeling fabulous and seeing a difference in just a matter of time.

I'm looking forward to reading your posts and hearing about how things are going for you!

I just wanted to say that your message hit home with me on many levels.. not to mention that I'm at the same current weight as you and I would LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUV to get to 150 (although mini goaling 160...)

Thanks everyone. It's always nice to know you're not alone! Today is my official start day. I've had a horrible case of bronchitis and I just finished up my medicine yesterday.
