  • Well hello everybody

    Hi there......

    Just thought I would pop in and introduce myself, I have been browsing the forum for about 2 months now and gave atkins a go before the holidays, I lost 5 kilos in as many days.........wow....however I fell off the wagon and have only just got back on..I gained back around 2 kilos during my ' break '. So I made a fresh start today and also gave up smoking 4 days ago.....feeling pretty positive thanks to the likes of louise l hay, jack canfield etc!!! .

    So hopefully I will continue on this path and will be adding photos shortly.

    My main thanks goes to you guys here as browsing for weeks led me to say.......'' you know what...I can do it aswell !!!!''.

    Good Morning and Welcome to Beatin....glad to meet you. Once we all make up our minds...Atkins is really the only way to go. I've lived Atkins now for over 5 years, it isn't a diet it's a lifestyle you chose.Tell us more about yourself when your ready. Are you into exercise?? If so... come on over and join a challenge..Ask tons of question..this is the place to get all the answers...Again welcome, and it's nice to meet you! Congrats on the QUITTING SMOKING....I quit 8 1/2 years ago..it's the best decision i ever made...good luck with it!!!

        Hello again !
        Well what can I say..... I fell off the wagon, then got back on, then fell off again blah blah blah....... I cant seem to stick to this for more than 4 days, then I have a mini break, feel guilty and then I'm back to day 1......!!.HELP !!!!! How can I overcome this....I know this is a scapegoat....I'm smart enough to realise that all this is within my control but my mind can sometimes be my worst enemy, I am losing weight though, I'm excersizing like I'm an athlete and my body shape is changing, Im drinking the water and taking the vit's but I never seem to make it more than a few days, I'm in a viscious cycle now......whats wrong with me, I never have this 'I cant' attitude. Any positive messages welcome
