    hi everyone !!!!!

    hi my name is Celeste i just got married and im from los angeles california , but i moved to owensbor <ky , i have no friends here , i dont know anybody from here , and im overwight , im 24 years old , im 1.70 mts ,and im 400 pounds ,, i stared atkins 1 week ago ,, my husband and atkins row know is the only reason why i feel motivated , its really hard to be in a place were nobody know wwho u are !!!!

    So i just wanted to say hi to everyone , and if there is anybody from owensboro feel free to contact me , ill be more than glad to meet someone from this area that is on this diet,,,,

    Welcome! You have MANY friends here.... you just haven't met them yet!
    I'm a father of twin daughters, whose main goal in life is to set a positive example for them.

    CW 294 on 3.18.09
    1st Goal.... 299... Met on Feb. 3rd, 2009
    2nd goal... hopefully 275 by May 15th, 2009
    Ultimate goal 180 by sometime in 2010.

        Welcome to Celeste..just like papa says...you'll meet alot of wonderful people here...everyones in the same boat pretty much..we all come in different shapes and sizes..lol
        Good for you for starting this way of life(WOL)way of eating(WOE).Motivation is the key and you'll get that here..what will help is read read read and ask alot of questions. This does work and it will work for you if you set your mind to it!!
