:wave Hello, I'm late I began yesterday here and my Induction Phase. I'm glad to be here and I've been having a great time. I'm a single mom who has grown up and unfortunately out, but thats fine. I'm here and that's what matter. I'm doing the Atkins diet and I like it, I've learned from my past mistakes on Atkins. I borrowed the Atkins Essentials and I like it so much I will buy it. Its great in Laymens terms to Jump start Induction. I hope everyone well. Take Care.
