Hi Everyone, my name is Karen and I am in Canada. This is my first time doing Atkins and I am only on day 3. I am already getting discouraged as this morning, I was up in weight and I have not cheated at all. I think I will do what other suggest and get the strips to see if I am in keytosis. Also, I work out on my bowflex 3 days a week. Hopefully I will start to see success soon
. My short term goal is 20 pounds, and then after that, it would be 50 pounds more. Wish me luck as I am in for a journey.
