  • Hello everyone!

    Hi Everyone, my name is Karen and I am in Canada. This is my first time doing Atkins and I am only on day 3. I am already getting discouraged as this morning, I was up in weight and I have not cheated at all. I think I will do what other suggest and get the strips to see if I am in keytosis. Also, I work out on my bowflex 3 days a week. Hopefully I will start to see success soon. My short term goal is 20 pounds, and then after that, it would be 50 pounds more. Wish me luck as I am in for a journey.

    Welcome KP. Your gain may be muscle, which is good, since you are lifting weights or maybe it's that TOM, but whatever it is, don't let it get you down. The weight will come off so just be patient. The first 3 days are usually the worst so just hang in there and good luck. Keep us posted on your progress.
