    Hi Everyone,
    I have been on the induction phase of this diet for 10 days now. I have had absolutely no carbs. I started off at 153 lbs and have lost 7lbs so far. Yesterday I so wanted to have a bowl of cereal, however, I resisted. I have been doing 30 min of walking/day. I am worried that this diet will come back to bit me when carbs are reintrouduced. What do you think?

    I'm pretty sure you should be eating some carbs - from veggies!!!

      People on low fat diets still need to eat some fat which the body needs to handle some of the body's activity. Likewise, on a low-carb diet, we still need to eat some carbs to keep the body's motor moving at a good pace. The best bet for carbs is from the allowed vegetables list as veggies typically don't induce cravings like most other carbohydrate foods, have a high fiver content (which is critical to keep yourself "regular"), and don't cause insulin spikes to slow weight loss. Now make your momma happy and eat some veggies!
