    Hi, I'm Kami. I lost about 30 lbs. on atkins in 2007, and pretty much kept it off since. But now I'm ready to lose more--so here I am, back with the goal of losing another 50-ish lbs. Today is my last day of the 14-day induction, but I've decided to stay with it for at least a few more weeks. Hopefully by June (and my best friend's wedding) i'll have met that 50 lb. goal!!

    goal 3: 225 by 4/1
    goal 4: 215 by 5/1
    goal 5: 205 by 6/1
    final goal: 200 by 6/15

    Hi Kami! About a two and a half years ago my best friend's wedding inspired me to come back to Atkins and 70 + lbs later (not to mention looking fabulous in a not so fabulous bridesmaid dress) I couldn't be happier! Welcome welcome, can't wait to hear about your transformation!!
