  • Im new and need support

Hello Everybody. I have been reading this forum all morning and the things I have read on here have been a big inspiration. I am currently 200+ pounds overweight and miserable. I suffer from depression and PCOS. I know I need to make a big change in my life and i think this is a good place to start. I have always been overweight but now I weight more then I have ever weighted. I think about my weight 24-7 365 days a year. It is ruining my life. Im miserable plus I make everyone around me miserable. im sorry that I seem so down but I have struggled with my weight for so long that when it comes to the subject of my weight that I know no other way to be. i hope I can stick to this. Please pray for me. :wave

Yes, definitely read DANDR a couple of times so you really understand how this works. And follow it to a "T" and there's no doubt you will have success.

My DH and I tried induction for "2 weeks" as a test ... we were skeptical that it would work as advertised ... well, he lost 30 pounds and I lost 38 .. and its now 3 years later and I haven't gained a bit back ..

But what I have gained is A FIT, TONED BODY THROUGH A COMMITMENT TO EXERCISE, TONS OF ENERGY AND FEELING BETTER THAN EVER AT AGE 49!!

If we can do it, SO CAN YOU!!

Let us know how we can help!! YOU CAN DO IT!
