Hi, I live in New Brunswick in Canada, and cannot find any of the atkins ingredients to make any of the recipes in the book. can anyone help?

You can find true "Atkins" foods at any and all grocery stores in the world. You will find them on the perimeter of most stores. That's where you will find the meats, poultry, fish and fresh veggies. Processed food products should be few and far between.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
