    I'm looking for warriors to follow me...


    Back in black
    I hit the sack
    It's been too long I'm glad to be back

    I HAVE RETURNED! BWAHAHAHA!!! I successfully used Atkins for about a year four years ago and lost a whopping 75 POUNDS! Unfortunately, my cravings for all things bready helped me gain back all 75 pounds. But I will be returning back to the old regimen because you just can't argue with results. I will be back and forth on this forum with questions about recipies and current results. My induction date will be Jan. 18th. Wish me luck! Or not. Either way, I'm winning!

    PS. I'm taking a friend of mine at my job with me. This time, we'll be able to support one another when the smell of pizza and fresh baked bread get too strong. In it to win it, yall!

          Lucky me...I'm that friend from work he is bringing along. Consider me the scaled down, less animated version of Milliesman...but just as glad to be here and excited about my decision to start.

          Fortunately for both of us we are going to get through NFL playoffs and the Super Bowl together.
          If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat.
