Hello, I am new to this forum but not to Atkins. I started over after not following the program for many years. I am just ending my 2 week induction. Lost 10 lbs..so may go to the extended induction. I just ordered some books on Atkins and that will give me more of a base to work with too.
I was on WW, but was hungry all the time and never felt satisfied. Curves has a good program too, but it was confusing and very time consuming to plan menu's. You had to track cal, carbs, protein, fats....and had to stay within certain limits in all areas. The carb count also seemed a bit high. A balancing act I did not need
. So, I am back to Atkins.
