    Another newbie

    Hi everyone, i found this board today while having yet another one of my fat days anyway my name is julie i am 32 yrs old i live with my hubby and 3 children, im hoping to start the atkins diet with help of other friends to keep me on the top, people that are going thro the same as me and not them that say im silly i come from the uk.

    Oh just got to say ive been looking at some of the pictures on here and wow you have all done amazing. well done i hope to be one of you.
