    Hey everyone!
    My name is Karen, I weighed 170lbs on 1-12-09, my goal weight is to be around 145lbs by 4-15-09.. This will be my 2nd time doing the Atkins diet.. The 1st time i done this diet, was backin Jan 05 i can remember the time so good, because i started the diet on my Birthday I lost from 210 lbs, down to 160... I found this diet hard for the first two weeks, but then it got really easy. well i am at it again, this being my 5th day on it... 25lbs to loose by around 4-15-09,, Im really determined to loose it, i try to keep in mind that i done it once, and i can do it again.. Everyone wish me luck, and i wish all of yall good luck,, its hard, but we can do it!!!!! Good luck to all...Happy Dieting!!!

    I am not dieting! I've been dieting in the past and it didn't work. Which is why I'm following Atkins.

          Hi and Welcome to the ADBB.

          I concur with Georgina, this isn't a diet, its a lifestyle.

          I'm sure you will be able to meet your goal if you follow Atkins and move up the rungs as the plan states.
