    Hey everyone...
    My name is Haley..I m from Penang Island...
    I m still in high school...17 this year..

    i discovered Atkins about 6 months ago..
    so now i m ready to give atkins a try..
    i have read DANDR...and finally understand better about food..
    so anyways..
    I m 154cm
    n currently weighs 109 lbs...
    i hope to drop about 10 lbs for my prom night somewhere in june this year...
    so that will be about 5 more months from now..
    hopefully i can do it..
    i'll start atkins tomorrow...

    well i guess that's all for now...
    if there's any advice any of you would like to share with me...do not hesitate to send me an e-mail or message yea...much thanks

    Hi Haley...welcome to

    You are 5'2" tall and weigh 109lbs. Heck, to me you don't sound like you need to lose any weight at all.

    I'm sure if you want to you will be able to lose 10lbs by June, but that puts you under 100lbs...

    You might want to rethink this, or perhaps just eat low carb but at a higher carb per day level, just to eat healthier.

    Anyway, good luck whatever you decide.
