Hello, fellow Losers! (that's a compliment)
I'm Kitty from Florida. This is my second go-around with Atkins....the first time was in 2001. I lost 22 pounds and why I quit I will never understand....anyway, here I am again. Atkins was the easiest "WOE" I've ever done, because I get to eat the stuff I like to eat, and I don't have to eat the stuff I don't like to eat. (I've never been a big fruit eater, but I am certainly a carnivore!)
I'll miss the pasta and the tortillas the most, but tonight I made spaghetti squash with my spaghetti sauce, and it was delicious!
So, fellow newbies, one thing I'm finding this time around....this is day 6 for me, and I did not get Induction Flu this time. That's really odd; I remember feeling really crappy for 4 days the first time. I haven't felt bad at all this time.
Guess I should just count my blessings. Success to us all!
Kitty
