    Hi all

    Hey good people.
    Im John. New to the forum. Looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better.

    One quick question for you all.

    Where do you do your online shopping? I know where I need to go locally, but prices may be better doing online shopping.

    Any tips?

      Hiya John and welcome! Good to have you with us.

      I do my online shopping for low carb goods at LowCarbMegastore in the UK. I can't order foodstuffs from the States as the Italian customs (I live in Italy) are so difficult with foods and medicines from the US.

      I've heard good things about Netrition.
