    1st day

    Hello everyone, Im so happy to have found this site. I started today, and my long term goal is 50 lbs. I bought the groceries I need for the week this morning. Im looking forward to hearing from you.

    Im 5'7" and 194lbs.

    Hey there! Good for you for getting all the shopping done AHEAD of time. You def have to keep your fridge and pantry stocked at all times or it can make the diet quite difficult. Best of luck to you!!!

      If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat.

        Hey.
        Me and you are in the exact same boat. I'm 5'7 and my goal is to be about 50 pounds lighter, although I started off 30 pounds heavier. It's all good though! It would be cool if we can keep in touch to see how we do. Are you on induction?
