    Hey from Texas

    So as some of you know (Sugarless4life) I have been trying this wol for some time without giving it my all. Yesterday my daughter was showing me how to pose for a picture so that both my chins dont show up! Hence the name, so tomorrow I start new!
    Wish me luck and thanks for letting me join, I hear this is a great place!

          Hi there- welcome to our atkins family- i hope you find as mcuh encouragement here as i have...stay positive cuz th at can sometimes make that differnece between staying on track or fluttering behind.... make mini goals and before you know it you will be reaching each and everyone. :wave
