Hi I am an Atkins DropOut..but, I'm back!!!
Hello, everyone! My name is Sandy and I did a diet similar to Atkins in 2000 - 2001. I lost more inches than weight and was so stunned at how well my clothes began to fit me. I can't tell you the looks I got from the opposite sex...I was single at the time. 
HOWEVER, I remarried and my husband is a great cook and one of those people who eat carbs and never gain weight. I ate right along side him and grew bigger than ever.
I need to buy some scales so I can put my weight in my siggie line...and find a measuring tape. I can tell you I am over 200 pounds now...yep! I can't believe it myself!
I found ADBB by accident tonight and am hoping for some inspiration. I have already mentally prepared for this..so it's fate. Now I have some friends to do it with me.
