  • I'm Back

    Hey Everyone!
    My last time on Atkins was a huge success and i kept the weight off really well.
    I went on some rough meds, and ended up going off the way of life.
    Came off the meds, and gained lots of weight very quickly.
    Now i am back, free of any and all meds, and I am trying to loose all the pounds i put back on.
    Most of my family and friends say i am crazy and don't need to loose weight, but i know better than them, and know i am once again overweight for me.
    Soooo I will hopefully find the support and encouragement from all of you awesome people, and who knows maybe i could help someone else out too!
    Just wanted to say hello, and i look forward to the loosing!

      Hi Lisa! Glad to have you back on this WOE and on this forum. Good luck to you. You did it once before and you can do it again for sure! There is also a forum for those of us on the second time around. Check us out.

      And kudos to you for getting back on this WOL. If you feel better at your 125 weight vs your weight now then go for it. Better to nip it at the butt now and not when you reach your HW again.
