    Ok, what am I doing wrong, this is day 3 for me, Ive been walking 5 miles every other day and not 1 pound off. Could i still be eating to much? I am on the 14 day diet.
    Please let me know if you have any idea's.

    You are not on the 14 day diet. You are starting a lifestyle change, that has a 14 day starting period. You can't go into this with the mindset that you are on a diet.

    Anyway, we can maybe help IF you post a daily meal menu... more than one day would be a big help.
