Hi everyone! I'm Chris and have been away from this WOL and from this site for some time now. So I thought I would reintroduce myself and stop lurking. Today is my second week of induction with a 16lb loss! I feel great and am still very motivated. Good uck to all and please wish me the same on this long journey to success!

16lbs? holy crap I want to lose that much again. I lost 12 pounds my first round of two weeks induciton...
