Hi all, I started my Atkins today 22 jan 2009...I have mild headache but hopefully al be better tomorrow...Any 1 else who started today or any day can join in for motivation and Induction recipes! Good luck y'all xx

Welcome aboard!! The headaches will pass, but in the meantime pop some Tylenol if you need to There are no carbs in that lol. Be sure to check out fitday.com in order to track your progress on food, weight, and measurements...Good luck!
