Hi fellow Atkiners, I'm one week in!
Yesterday was week one for me...at 6 days I lost 6 pounds!
I'll admit that the first 5 days were a little rough, I was really tired & a bit nauseous & shaky.
Now I feel full of energy, took a long walk today & now I'm enjoying a BLT on an oopsie roll.
I'm a bit of a foodie so I'm having a great time finding recipes to make.
Thanks everyone here for all of the amazing advice, you are all so inspiring!!
I'm following by the book & I'm not using any artificial sweeteners. I'm in this for good so I want to do it right! I'm realizing that almost everything I ate was carbs & sugar!
I AM going to lose 20 more pounds & then I am sticking with this WOL.
