I've tried to do Atkins a few times in the past and my cravings and temptation got the better of me. This time will be different. I have an accountability buddy who will let me call him 24/7 if I feel I am falling off track. Also, I am signing up for Curves tomorrow and I will walk a mile on the walking track near my house on the off days that I am not at Curves.
Here's my menu for tomorrow. Feel free to critique it as you see fit. TYIA
B: 1 hard boiled egg and 3 slices of bacon
L: 2 cups Romaine, 0.5 medium cucumber, 3oz grilled chicken, 2tbs of Ranch, 2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 tbs bacon bits
S: 1oz mozzarella cheese
D: 1 hamburger patty, 1oz cheddar cheese, a few rings of japeneos. 1 cup romaine w/ 1 tbs ranch
S: 2oz pork rinds
Water will be drunk throughout the day with a goal of 10 cups
