    Hi all,

    My name is penny and yesterday i started the first day of the rest of my life. I am so pleased that I have found a group of people that will be able to share in both my successes and struggles.

    I am excited about starting a journal and making a ticker (however I have so much to lose (250) that I am wondering how long the ticker will be) lol

    Anyways...I am glad I am here an look forward to meeting all of you!

      Welcome and good luck with this! It is a great way of eating (woe) and way of life (wol) Don't forget to measure so you can measure your success in inches lost as well! Looking forward to seeing your success.

        Welcome Pennysfrmhnv. So glad that you found this board. It has really helped me. I joined last year, but slid off, but I am back with a force now. Hang in there...my motto is where there is a will there is a way. We may back slid or slip, but we can always get back up and start again.

          Welcome to ADBB Penny!

          Come on over to Journal Chats & start a journal where you can keep track of your journey. Set some mini goals for your weight loss vs looking at the entire amount you want to loose. With those goals make sure you reward yourself with something~~a manicure, a new book, a new lipstick, a new outfit etc...
