    Hi,

    I could get into a whole, big story about my struggles with weight. However, all I will say is that I am doing Atkins directly by the book this time. No cheats, no ratios, no worrying about calories or tracking my food with things like Fitday. I will eat the foods on the acceptable list, not go over 20 carbs, will take my vitamins, exercise, and enjoy today.
