    New to forum

    Hello to all fellow atkins folks! I have been down this long road many, many times in the past with amazing results. After two years being off atkins I've decided to start my regiment again. I live in Alaska and winters can be hard if you do not have an outdoor activity. Cabin fever until the suns rises again! I look forward to my interaction in this forum and to the great success to everyone. Thanks for sharing.
