Hey everyone, I have been debating whether or not to do Atkins again. I've done it in the past with great results but I went overboard and limited my calories to <800/day, plus I was working out 2 hrs. a day and I eventually crashed. Stupidity. That was a few years ago and since then I've gained it all back plus 35 extra lbs. (Sigh). So I've been reading alot of the success stories and I've decided to give it a try again ( the right way). I'm sure I will be posting alot with my struggles and successes, it is very helpful for me to get advice from others and you all seem so knowledgable on this topic. I plan on starting tomorrow, I'm a total processed food carb addict so I know that I will feel LOUSY for a few days! I will lwt you all know how it goes.
I wasn't able to figure out how to get one of those cool clickers yet, so I'll tell you , I weigh 166.5lbs and my goal by June 2009 is 115lbs.
