    Hi from Chicago!

    I started induction last Thursday at 288# and now 6 days later I am 277.4!!! It hasn't even been one week and I am so blessed to have had my doc tell me to try Atkins!!!

    hiya!!! well done on your weight loss!! that is super!!! i belive i am now in my 5th week of doing atkins with one slight hiccup!! lost about 10lbs so far!!

      Thats awesome, usually doctors tell everyone we are going to cause their kidneys to fail, their hair to fall out and all sorts of horror stories.
