Well, I've been reading post for a week now, and finally decided to join in today. My weight has slowly been creeping up since I've stopped running, so I started to monitor activities and food using fitday.com. 3lbs gone in a month, and always hungry.
I started induction on 2/2, and so far I have to say I am pleased. Despite some headaches and nausea the first couple of days, I have to say I have found this WOE of eating to be pretty satisfying. Still using fitday as a food log to help me keep track of my carbs.
I think it's wonderful how supportive everyone is on the board. Even though I didn't join until today, reading posts from others and reponses has really helped me get through this week!
