I originally started Atkins baack in 2002 and, along with a lot of exercise, lost 60 lbs in approx 3 months. Even though it wsn't my goal weight I was feeling better than I ahd in years! Well, of course, like so many of us I thought I could handle the rest on my own so 65 lbs later here I am. I vow to follow through this time and change my life forever. This time not only do I want to get healthy and meet my goal of being under 200 lbs (even if it is 199 
) I also have a wonderful man in my life and we would like to extend our family, I must be healthy in order to have the tubal reversal surgery needed. So, please wish me luck and good luck to you all. We can do it!!
